Noble's Global Associate Programme

What is the programme?

Our Global Associate Programme develops high-potential talent through knowledge transfer and experience. Over 12 – 18 months, Associates will develop skills they need to become effective Junior Traders through a combination of classroom training, on-the-job learning and development, and coaching and mentoring from our senior leadership team.

As an Associate, you will join one of our businesses in any of our offices where you will have an opportunity to work across one, or multiple roles, in trade support, operations, business development, research or risk. At the end of the programme, you will graduate to a Junior Trader position.

Your development goes beyond the course of the programme. You are expected to continually grow throughout your career at Noble and add value along the way.

What are we looking for?

You should be bright, ambitious, flexible and adaptable to change, with a positive can-do attitude. Analytical and numerate, resourceful and results orientated, you will also demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills. You should be a graduate with about two years of post-graduation work experience, ideally from a commodities trading, engineering or military background.

Geographic mobility is a requirement for Associates, because you may travel and/or rotate around various offices, as required throughout the Programme and beyond.

To apply for the Associate Programme, please submit your CV with a covering letter explaining why you would like to join us, to noblegaprogramme@noblegroupholdings.com

If your application is successful, you will be invited to complete online testing, followed by an interview with our HR department. You will meet with members of our senior management team before being made an offer for a position on the Programme.
